  • New gallery, cafe, event spaces and agricultural buildings at Yr Ysgwrn for Snowdonia National Park
  • Conversion of listed buildings at Lion Salt Works, Northwich, to provide new visitor facilities, together with design of external landscaping.
  • Extension to Eaton Estate Offices, Chester
  • New visitor facilities at St. George’s Hall, Liverpool
  • New gallery/museum display spaces at the Lady Lever Art Gallery, the Florence Institute and St. George’s Hall.
  • Conversion of listed office building and extension for Z Hotels in Glasgow
  • Conversion of office building into Hotel, for Z Hotels in Liverpool
  • Conversion of Grade II* Listed Royal Insurance Building into 5* Hotel, Liverpool
  • Conversion of Grade II* Listed former Fire Station in Manchester into 227 bed Hotel.
